Ready to Come Back Already! GREAT location!!! So close to Gull Lake. Great amenities for everyone. Grills to cook, firepits for anyone, wood to use. Employees/owner on site for any questions. Loved it and cant wait to go back!!

Beautiful Place to Stay for Mini Vacay! This place is a slice of heaven! Especially this cabin right on the lakeshore! Being close to everything between Nisswa, Baxter, and Brainerd was a major plus and it was the perfect setting for our girls weekend.

Fantastic Stay in Gull Lake! We had a fantastic time at Bay Colony this past week! Unit 763 was perfect for our group of 8 (four adults & four children), especially the spacious bedrooms (with super-comfy beds!) and bathrooms. Our view of the lake was breathtaking, and we loved being just steps away from the beach for paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming. The grounds were beautifully kept, and all of the resort staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we loved GLBR and its perfect mix of privacy and activity. Looking forward to returning to the lake!
