Boating on Gull Lake
Gull Lake is one of Central Minnesota's most sought-after lake destinations, and the best way to experience it is from the water. Plan a laid-back family cruise, a serious fishing trip or a sunset ride with friends. Our fleet of pontoons fits groups of all sizes, with no separate marina to drive to.

Rules and regulations
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older
- No smoking, alcohol, narcotics or other drugs on board
- Life jackets must be worn by everyone on board at all times
- Safety equipment is for emergency use only
- Only the named renter may operate the boat
- Only people listed on the Boat Rental Agreement may be on board
- No pets on board
- No hard coolers on board
- Boats may not be operated before sunrise
- Boats must be returned to the lift nightly, 30 minutes before sunset
- Renters are financially responsible for damaged or misused equipment
- Boats returned excessively dirty are subject to a cleaning fee
Beaches
Clean, sandy beaches are just steps from our properties. Play on the shore, take a long walk by the water and watch the sun set while making memories.
Golf
The Brainerd area is renowned for dozens of top-rated courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., Arnold Palmer, Joel Goldstrand and Dye Designs, several recognized by Golf Digest, Golfweek and Golf Magazine.
Hiking and biking
Acres of natural woodland surround Gull Lake. East Gull Lake has expanded its bike trails, and the scenic Paul Bunyan State Trail starts nearby and runs 106.7 miles into north-central Minnesota.
Exploring
Rent an ATV, visit an area horseback riding stable or take a spin down a zipline for another way to take in the sights.
Winter sports
Wintertime in Minnesota is breathtaking. Hit the slopes of Mount Ski Gull, enjoy cross-country skiing or rent a snowmobile for the many maintained trails nearby.
