The Basics Primary renter must be at least 21 years old. *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties. Do Not Arrive to the property prior to your approved check-in time. No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. Payment Schedule We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If booking 120+ days before check-in: 50% deposit, balance due 60 days prior. If booking within 120 days: 75% deposit required. If booking within 60 days: Full payment due at booking.
