The Space
This is Bay Colony living at its best. The main level features a full kitchen, open living and dining area, a private master suite with king bed and en-suite bath, a second queen bedroom with its own en-suite, and an in-unit laundry closet. Head up to the loft and you'll find a third bedroom with two queen beds and a connected full bathroom — the perfect retreat for the kids or whoever draws the short straw. With three full bathrooms and five beds total, everyone has their own space to decompress after a full day on the lake.

The Basics

  • Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
  • *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
  • Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
  • No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.


Payment Schedule

We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments!
  • If booking 120+ days before check-in: 50% deposit, balance due 60 days prior.
  • If booking within 120 days: 75% deposit required.
  • If booking within 60 days: Full payment due at booking.
  • Alternative payment plans available—contact guest services at 218-656-6965.


Cancellation Policy
