Cancellation Policy
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel, with a cancellation fee of $150. However, if inclement weather forces a cancellation, we will cancel your reservation and issue a full refund.
Rules & Regulations
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older
- No smoking, alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs permitted on board
- Life jackets must be worn by every person on the boat at all times
- Safety equipment is for emergency use only
- Only the named renter may operate the boat
- Only individuals listed on the Boat Rental Agreement are permitted on board
- No pets allowed on board
- No hard coolers permitted on board
- Boats may not be operated before sunrise.
- Boats must be returned to the boat lift nightly 30 minutes before sunset, including multi-day reservations.
- Damaged or misused equipment is the renter’s financial responsibility
- Boats returned excessively dirty will be subject to an additional cleaning fee
